This ivory Japanese triangle sushi rice mold is approximately 3" on each side. The Japanese triangle sushi rice mold is made of a strong ivory color plastic and is very easy to use. Just scope rice into the sushi mold, close the sushi mold, and press down. That's it! You can make 2 triangle shape sushi at the same time. Made in Japan.
