Product Description

This unique rice pattern soup bowl measures approximately 7"w x 3"h. Microwave safe. The rice pattern design shows a beautiful artwork that features a simple but elegant rice shape indents with Chinese style borders surrounding the bowl. A Chinese dragon design decorates the inside middle of the bowl. Since these chinawares are handmade, the artwork may look a little lighter at times. The rice pattern bowl is perfect for eating rice, soup, noodles, and more!

Nice bowl

Great bowl. I have been using an 8 inch bowl for years and wanted some more but it has been out of stock for a long time so had to settle for a 7 inch .

I grew up with the rice pattern and as an adult, decided I needed a set of rice patterned noodle bowls. These arrived in perfect condition and are perfect for big bowls of soup or noodles. The bowls are well made and I still love the pattern with the dragon at the bottom. Light definitely comes through the rice pattern! Thank you KK Discount for careful packing the set of 8 I ordered!
NO LONGER PERFECT AT ALL!

The 2014 review said they were perfect but in 2019 they are no longer! My set was bought in late 1980's and were light in weight and the rice pattern very translucent. This new version is very heavy and light does not come through most of the rice grains. I had hoped these would match my set, they do not. They are white and blue but that's all and so I rated 2 stars. The quality of the dishes deserves even less.

When we lived in NY, we bought 1 rice pattern and 2 floral bowls that have we have used every day for 20 years until one floral bowl was recently broken. Since the rice pattern bowl has always been our favorite, we decided to find more and were thrilled to find them so reasonably priced at KK Discount. They were shipped immediately, packed perfectly, arrived quickly, and put to use immediately. They are excellent quality and we expect to be using them another 20 years.
